The Cards Against Humanity Eight Sensible Gifts for Hanukkah series awarded each recipient three minutes to rule a castle in Cork, Ireland that is now renamed Sensible Castle after they purchased it.
The first week of January has been filled with news and announcements from the two companies currently battling for my virtual reality enthusiast heart and money.

This weekend, I did something pretty exciting. My wife and I spent Friday night amongst the Rebel Legion, the Droidbuilders, the lightsaber crafters and the 501st. Star Wars costumers and builders united for a private screening of Star Wars Episode VII: The Force Awakens hosted by the Golden Gate Garrison.
“Well, look what the cat dragged in…” That’s how Shirley Manson greeted a crowd of around 60 people for the VIP soundcheck at Oakland’s Fox Theater. My wife and I were among that crowd and while we’ve seen Garbage many times, this was a bit different than normal.
